This is a trailer for a play I shot recently for the Outback Theatre For Young People production, Eyes To The Floor, by Alana Valentine.
It was filmed at the historic Hay Gaol, in south western New South Wales.
This is my current editing showreel, mainly featuring material from all the segments that I have cut for The Chaser’s War On Everything 2006-07.
This video is from a workshop I held in Griffith NSW. At the moment, I am a “Guest Artist” with Big hART, who are running a community arts project for young people and farmers, called Gold.
You can check out more stuff from this project on the Gold website: www.au.org.au
This is a short film, directed by Amy Hardingham, and myself. It was filmed in the Australian outback, in a tiny town called Booligal.
It features the acting talent of two great kids, Chloe Howard and Jack Murray.
This is a short film that I produced, shot, and edited. It was directed by the nutty Henry Naylor, and starred the fabulous Rebecca De Unamuno. It was written by Henry, Charles Firth, and Andrew Hansen.
We turned it around in less than a week, and then submitted it to the Tropfest film festival in Australia. To our surprise, it got in to the finals, played at the festival in front of tens of thousands of people, and then our composer, Elliott Wheeler won Best Original Score. As he should have, the music really set of the crap-tastic cardboard effects.
It has gone on to be played all over the world, New York, London, and beyond at various film festivals. We also won 2nd Platz in the Kurzfilm Narativ kategorie at the Ohne Kohle film festival in Vienna, although I am still to this day not 100% sure what that means…
